Digital Design Manager

McGill University

Heidi has been designing websites and managing projects since 2007. She’s designed and launched countless websites, some of them bad, and isn’t ashamed to admit it. (A lackluster project is a good lesson and, occasionally, a great story.)

Heidi’s role at McGill is to optimize user and brand experience on digital platforms. Some days this means designing components, building mockups, and storyboarding workflows. Other days, it’s running a sketching workshop, presenting to stakeholders, or teaching a course on digital brand values. Every day, it involves a positive attitude, a collaborative process, and user data.

Outside of work, Heidi is a fanatic hiker, an opinionated cook, a mom and an amateur mechanic.
