Sara Laux is the interim manager of communications for the Faculty of Humanities at McMaster University, with almost a decade of experience in postsecondary education. In her role, she manages strategic communications for all things Humanities, including highlighting compelling stories about faculty, staff and students, and pushing hard for the Faculty’s mascot to be a manatee named Hugh.

When she’s not at her (home) desk, Sara can be found wandering along the Bruce Trail or spending far too much money on perennials.
