Rachel has been working in the field of accessibility for many years, including the last 5 years in higher education. Currently, she holds the position of Accessibility Advisor in the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) at McGill University, promoting inclusive and accessible practices to strengthen the university’s commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. As a disability advocate and educator, she looks for creative ways to enhance accessibility in all facets of university life through capacity building, and supporting others to integrate accessibility best practices in their everyday work processes.
