Madeline Taylor is a digital content coordinator for the Faculty of Arts & Science at the University of Toronto. Madeline became passionate about improving the student experience during her undergrad at U of T. She discovered the impact of strategic communications during a work-study position and never left!

Madeline specializes in digital storytelling and creative communications and believes that navigational information doesn’t have to be confusing, boring or disconnected from authentic student experiences. She is a “communicator-of-all-trades” and utilizes photography, videography, graphic design and illustration skills to craft multi-platform, multimedia stories that create connections across campus, encourage student engagement and ultimately, help students navigate their undergraduate journey. Over the years, her work for the University of Toronto has garnered 5 prestigious communication awards.

Madeline holds a bachelor of science in Psychology and Gender Studies from the University of Toronto. When she’s not working, you can probably find Madeline rock climbing, backcountry camping or making pancakes for breakfast.
