In the past 10 years Mike has conducted almost 400 usability tests with high school students. Since most institutions don’t take advantage of this valuable, cost-effective research tool, come to this session to learn insights about all aspects of teens’ digital behaviours – from when they visit your site on their phone vs desktop, what vocabulary and tone they respond to, to what they really think of your design. Mike will also throw in some anecdotes and expletives about the fights he’s picked to put the needs of your users first.
