Dr. Vickie Lamb Drover is a strategic planner and academic researcher who currently serves as Manager of Corporate Services at North West College. She completed her PhD. in Canadian Public Policy History at the University of Saskatchewan where she was honoured as a Senior Teaching Fellow by the Gwenna Moss Center for Teaching Effectiveness.

Responsible for institutional research, policy development, and government reporting for North West College, Vickie is often invited to give presentations on time management and fostering workplaces with a healthy work/life balance.

An advocate for institutional inclusion, Vickie is currently the President of the
Prairie Employment Project (PEP), a publicly-funded, not-for-profit organization
supporting job seekers in northwestern Saskatchewan facing multiple barriers to
employment.
