Dave is The Ambassador Platform (@TAPlatform)’s Evangelist – a fancy job title that essentially means he is a very vocal cheerleader for TAP’s product and their approach to recruitment and admissions, by championing the concept of Experience Communication Management (XCM). Dave works closely with TAP’s customers on their strategy and to train their ambassadors, and works on a range of content such as whitepapers, webinars, training videos and more to help customers get the most of out TAP, and to offer useful and thought-provoking insights to anyone working in higher education recruitment, admissions, and marketing.

Prior to working at TAP, Dave was the social media manager at a top 10 university in the UK, before a stint with leading agency Net Natives. He was also co-chair of the CASE Europe Social Media and Community Conference from 2016-2017, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences in the UK. Outside of work, Dave is a husband, father, podcaster, and general noise-maker in a shouty metal band.
