In the wild uncharted territories of a world stuck at home, a small team of hale and hearty web editors set out to update their university’s registrarial websites. Armed with a vision and hope for a better (web) future, these brave editors navigate tight timelines, managerial changes, brand limitations, SEO, accessibility and the greatest challenge of all: other people’s opinions.
In this session, I hope to cover the process our team put in place to move our websites from an outdated template to a new, responsive and accessible format. We will cover:
- the workback schedule built for the task
- the questions asked
- the editing process
- the team and client meetings
- the obstacles and the wins
Was it worth it? Was it successful? Would we do it again? Tune in to find out!
