Sonia Ham is currently the Operations Manager for the Customer Support team at Seneca Polytechnic, where she leads a team of dedicated Service Hub Representatives and Student Ambassadors in providing exceptional support to students, prospects, faculty and third parties. She has been with Seneca for 10 years with previous experience in front line services within the Registrar’s Office. Through Seneca’s Service Hub, she manages complex customer support systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance and streamline service delivery.
