Sean Acklin Grant is a digital transformation and design consultant specializing in organizational learning and development, brand strategy, and public policy. Currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing at Ivey Business School and Digital Strategist at Innovation North, Sean helps brands and businesses connect with their constituents through meaningful experiences online.

Sean previously worked in media relations for the Embassy of Canada in Washington, D.C. and founded Catchlight Media, a Canadian-based design and branding agency. He holds degrees in international relations and political history from Western University. As a landscape photographer and conservation advocate, Sean is “always outside — and a sucker for a good cause.”
