Scott is a graduate of Western University with a degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies. He has also completed a Certificate in Communications from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Arts in Integrated Studies at Athabasca University, with a specialization in work, organizations and leadership.
After working in communications for local hospitals, Scott joined Western as Campus Communications Consultant in 2004. In this role he works with various programs to assist with their strategic communications needs. Scott also teaches three courses in Western’s Continuing Studies. One of these courses focuses on helping communicators integrate the use of video into their toolbox. He is a past president of the London chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.
Outside of the work world Scott spends time playing old man hockey, practicing his bad golf game and keeping his 130 year-old home standing.
