Robert Blizzard is the Coordinator of Web Design for the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience
portfolio at the University of Saskatchewan. In this role, he uses a variety of user experience methods to
discover and articulate student needs across organizational units with the intention of creating seamless
online experiences. He is currently pursuing a M.Ed. degree with a research focus on the adoption of
service design methods in higher education.
