Lorraine Mercier is a member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec and joined McGill as a Senior Project Manager in 2001. Since 2004, she has served as Director of Design Services in Facilities Management & Ancillary Services, overseeing the development and application of design and construction standards for all types of physical spaces. Lorraine has led the modernization of classrooms and teaching labs, upgrades in support of universal access, and the development of new design standards for research. As Director, Lorraine will define the project’s strategic orientation and lead its development and implementation, informed by best practices and McGill’s culture.
