Karine Joly oversees the development of the professional development curriculum at Higher Ed Experts, an online school for digital professionals and executives working in higher education she founded in 2007.

She’s been teaching online a professional certificate course on social media marketing for higher education at Higher Ed Experts for 4 years. She also taught the capstone graduate course of the MBA in Social Media Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University, a course she designed and authored for this SNHU online program.

Karine has shared her insights about emerging web and social media trends on collegewebeditor.com, a popular and independent blog for the past decade. She started to write the Internet Technologies column for University Business, a monthly magazine read by more than 45 000 university leaders, in February 2006.

Karine has been invited to present on digital trends, social media marketing, web analytics and online teaching and learning at leading higher education conferences: UB Tech, CASE, American Marketing Association Symposium for Higher Ed, EduComm, eduWeb, CUPRAP, HighEdWeb and PSEWeb – in Vancouver.
