Josef Azam, the CEO and Co-Founder of Design Shopp International, a digital marketing agency with a history of over 16 years. Over that span, the team consistently generates over 1.5 billion dollars annually for its marketing clients worldwide.

Alongside his role at Design Shopp, Josef wears many hats. He teaches at John Abbott College, serves as the CEO of Imagination Holding Co, a documentary film company, and fulfills the position of President at Cloverdale Multi Resources, an organization dedicated to assisting underserved communities in Montreal. Furthermore, Josef is a freestyle wrestling coach.

Over the past five years, Josef has dedicated a significant portion of his time to a profound mission – working with underserved youth worldwide. In this endeavor, he ventures into some of the most challenging environments, including gang-ridden communities, prisons, and juvenile detention centers. To date, Josef has had the privilege of engaging with and inspiring over 10,000 underserved youth.
