Doug Hammond has been with Seneca Polytechnic for fourteen years, progressively leading teams throughout the Registrar’s Office and service areas. He is currently the Director of Customer Support, where he has overseen the development and implementation of a new centralized, and innovative service model for the institution. He is a first-time attendee to #PSEweb and is looking forward to sharing Seneca’s new service model.
