Debbie is a Marketing Coordinator within the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen’s University. In relation to online learners, Debbie believes that it is important to really understand who current online students are. In her 3 years at Queen’s University she has developed strategies to learn about their family makeup, personal preferences, habits, goals, challenges and more, and uses this information to develop a community of online learners who can support one another and break through many barriers that this unique group faces in regards to accessing and completing their education.
