Alan Etkin pushes the boundaries of traditional analytics by measuring the monetary performance of higher education websites.
Etkin has spent 15 years as a Senior Analyst at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and 7 years working part-time as an Associate with Ruffalo Noel-Levitz, helping universities across North America hone their Google Analytics implementations.
Etkin has a Masters in Communications from Simon Fraser University, and advanced training in business analytics. He’s a frequent speaker at conferences, with recent presentations at EduWeb, HighEdWeb, Higher Ed Analytics, and the AMA Symposium on the Marketing of Higher Education.
