John Reid

CEO

John Reid is a Calgary-based entrepreneur who has built and led companies across property management, tourism, fitness, and more – but marketing and advertising has always been the thread that ties it together.

He got his start in higher education advertising as President of Glacier. After Glacier was acquired, he dabbled in performance marketing before returning to where his passion is, as CEO of OnDeck Marketing – a company that builds OOH networks inside community colleges and high schools across North America. The goal is simple: place higher ed messages in 3,000 high schools in the next 3 years.

Mickey Annich

Partnership Development Manager

Mickey is a Calgary-based operations and partnerships professional who has spent most of her career in customer service – developing a rare instinct for people, process, and what it actually takes to keep things running smoothly.

She connected with OnDeck Marketing a year ago and hasn’t looked back. After years of putting herself in new rooms and new fields, she found her footing at a company whose mission she believes in. Connecting students with the post-secondary opportunities that shape their futures.

As Partnership Development Manager, Mickey is the connective tissue between schools, campaigns, and the communities OnDeck serves.
