Lauren St. Croix is the Director of Work Integrated Learning Connections at College of the North Atlantic. She holds a Master of Education in Post-Secondary Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University and has completed specialized training in instructional design and selection board processes.
With a career spanning post-secondary education, healthcare and government, Lauren brings extensive experience in student development, program leadership, training design and delivery, and professional development. She has led work-integrated learning initiatives, managed co-operative education and student placement activities, and supported the development of programs that connect academic learning with meaningful workplace experience.
In her current role, Lauren works closely with students, faculty, employers and community partners to strengthen connections between education and industry. She is experienced in developing strategic partnerships, identifying workforce needs and creating opportunities that allow students to apply their knowledge, build professional confidence and contribute meaningfully in the workplace.
