Martin Waxman, MCM, APR, writes a popular Digital Marketing Trends newsletter, delivers generative AI training workshops and conducts AI research. He’s a LinkedIn Learning instructor, adjunct professor at the York Schulich School of Business and associate director of the Future of Marketing Institute. Martin is also president of a consultancy, an instructor in the McMaster Master of Communications Management program and a member of the Institute for Public Relations Digital Media Research Center. Martin received the Institute for Public Relations Best Master’s Thesis Award in 2019, for his paper, “My BFF is a Chatbot” and the 2024 Thought Leader award from the Canadian Public Relations Society. He has a Master of Communications Management from McMaster-Syracuse Universities.
