Messy project, real results: 87 program pages in 8 weeks

In 2023, U of T Scarborough faced a challenge: drive more applications to programs but the main content pieces about our over 80 programs – our web pages – were horribly out of date, text-heavy and… boring. In this session, we’ll show you how we used disappointing web analytics to achieve senior management buy-in and turned around transformed program pages in eight weeks.

Her two feline coworkers contribute nothing to communications but enjoy the treats used to bribe them off-screen for meetings.
