Kim works with the UBC Extended Learning (ExL) marketing team to execute communications for ExL and the Program Development Unit.
Kim writes for all marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, student and instructor stories, social media, digital advertising, print collateral, video and internal communications. She also works with cross-functional teams to create content marketing plans that drive awareness and foster loyalty and retention.
Drawing on 20+ years of marketing communications experience, and a deep well of curiosity and empathy, Kim creates authentic and compelling content that serves ExL’s communities.
