While 2017 brought some new and exciting adventures to #PSEWEB –looking at you folks, Western and USask– it also brought about some behind-the-scenes changes to our leadership and planning team.
After a successful national conference in St. John’s, the launch of local conferences, and a much-anticipated shift to a not-for-profit model, Jared, our Executive Director, has stepped down from #PSEWEB to pursue other adventures. While his leadership, thoughtful approach, and insights will be missed, the show must go on; we’re launching a search for a new ED. Are you interested?
Our Executive Director is our leader and our shepherd. In addition to this role, we’re also looking for solid #PSEWEB’ers who are interested in joining the planning team. From logistics to content creation to corporate partnerships, there are a number of opportunities available that allow you to flex all kinds of muscles for the good of the community.
In the meanwhile, #PSEWEB’s board members will be dividing up the to-do list as we roll towards our 2018 conference. Want to join the team? Check out the available positions and get in touch!
