Pandora’s Inbox: How a Simple Idea Got a Life of Its Own

It seems like a simple solution. Our students were getting too many emails from faculty and staff, so we created a weekly “bulletin” to consolidate them. But what started two years ago has continued to develop and evolve. The project has spawned tech, policy, change management, resource management, communications, and design challenges. Learn about our experience adapting and supporting both the tool and the people who use it.
