Sponsorships for PSEWEB are now available!

All sponsorships include:

  • Company logo & name on conference website; Company description on Sponsors page of website.
  • One print insert in delegate welcome package.
  • List of attendee names, titles and institutions (1 week prior to conference).
  • Discount code to purchase conference registrations at early bird rate while available, followed by standard rate (standard rate is $175 less than vendor rate).
  • Additional items as listed below.

  • Representatives

    The booth level sponsorship package that you have selected includes up to two representatives of your company being present at the conference. Please detail their contact info below.
  • Price: $2,500.00 Quantity:
    • 2 passes to the conference registration & break areas, as well as sessions and evening programming.
    • Space for one table & table top display OR one floor display.
  • Price: $1,000.00 Quantity:
    The following items are available to be sponsored and purchased for each conference delegate.  The conference and sponsoring company logo's will both be displayed on the items.
    • Welcome Bag Will contain all conference print materials (program, sponsor marketing pieces, etc).
    • Pen
    • Nametag PSEWEB purchases reusable, VIP-style laminates that are engage delegates and make an aesthetically pleasing and personalized keepsake.
    • USB Key
  • Price: $1,500.00 Quantity:
    Your company may have additional non-print marketing materials to distribute to attendees.  The conference is happy to include these in the delegate welcome packages.
  • Price: $3,500.00 Quantity:
    • Prominent signage (minimum 2' x 3') in main event area (near food or bar).
    • Prominent signage (minimum 2' x 3') on event transportation.
    • Billing as event sponsor on conference website and program (i.e. "Night out with Company X").
  • Price: $1,500.00 Quantity:
    The same as Exclusive Event Sponsorhip - all signage shared between up to 4 sponsoring companies.
  • Price: $2,500.00 Quantity:
    • Prominent signage (minimum 2' x 3') on stage
    • Logo displayed on screen prior to keynote presentation
    • Billing as keynote sponsor on conference website and program.
    • Opportunity to introduce keynote speaker.
