I know for a fact that we have brilliant web staff on Canadian campuses. I’ve worked one on one with many of you during my years with Academica Group, and connected with many Canadian teams at US conferences. Others I have bumped into on the web, in e-communities and mailing lists and still more I have tracked down due to my curiosity when I see a great new initiative.
We may be North of the border, but we are also ahead of the game when it comes to web marketing. Maybe it’s because laptops generate heat in the winter, or maybe it is because we are marketing across such a large expanse of territory. Maybe it is the increasingly dark outlook of high school demographics? Whatever the cause, we are setting new standards and pushing ahead in social media, web design, online communities, email marketing and web team management.
